With more than 20 years experience as a Personal Trainer I have helped hundreds of clients identify what they want to achieve and what is needed to accomplish that plan. My Personal Training studio is the perfect space for a private, customized workout. All programs are personalized and structured with your goals in mind.
Equipment in the studio includes: TRX suspension systems,
free weights, adjustable bench, stability balls, medicine balls,
balance tools and resistance tubing.
The studio is located in a restored warehouse in beautiful downtown Lancaster and includes parking, climate controlled air, and a private bathroom for your convenience.
Considering the current concerns associated with COVID,
working out in your home or work may be what you prefer.
Virtual sessions can be scheduled and your program will be designed based on your space and any equipment you may have available.
