I believe that each individual’s fitness experience should be focused on what is important to them personally. My goal is to empower each client with the knowledge that their own personal level of “fit” can be achieved through a consistent, effective fitness routine. With more than 20 years experience as a Personal Trainer I have helped hundreds of clients identify what they want to achieve and what is needed to accomplish that plan. I am committed to motivating my clients and helping them all to be fit.
My Personal Training studio is the perfect space for a private, customized workout. All programs are personalized and structured with your goals in mind.
Equipment in the studio includes: TRX suspension systems,
free weights, adjustable bench, stability balls, medicine balls,
balance tools and resistance tubing.
The studio is located in a restored warehouse in beautiful downtown Lancaster and includes parking, climate controlled air, and a private bathroom for your convenience.
Virtual sessions are offered from your home, work, or while traveling. Connect through Zoom for a workout that is
convenient for you from any location.
Your workout will be designed based on your space and any equipment you may have available.
Prefer to meet personally in your home? Book a session to exercise in your own space! I will arrive ready to take you through
a workout using your equipment or equipment
